• Communications data: chat messages, and call metadata (participants, duration, timestamps). Audio and video streams are not recorded by default.

• Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, IP address, approximate location, and interactions inside the app.

• Opt out of promotional notifications from your device settings or in-app preferences.

Creative Earn is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, which we safeguard using appropriate legal mechanisms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
