Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Creative Earn. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If we discover you are underage, we will suspend your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may not create more than one account, impersonate another person, or use another user's account without permission.

Creative Earn uses an in-app currency called “coins.” Coins may be purchased or earned through eligible activities — direct messaging, audio calls, video calls, and random audio or video matches. Coin values, per-minute and per-message rates, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are set by us and may change from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods in most country currencies. We may delay, review, or reject withdrawal requests that we suspect violate these Terms, involve fraud, or fail verification checks. Availability of specific local payment methods depends on your country and our current partners.

Purchased coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Share sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content during chats or calls.
• Engage in fraud or manipulate coin earnings through bots, scripts, fake accounts, or staged calls.
• Record, stream, or redistribute another user’s calls or messages without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security of the Service.

Violating these rules may result in warnings, loss of coins, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

Direct messages, audio calls, video calls, and random audio/video matches are subject to per-minute or per-message coin rates, which are disclosed inside the app before you connect. Rates may differ based on the recipient, country, and call type.

You agree that communications on the Service may be monitored for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Random matches are skippable at any time; blocking a user ends the connection immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and any remaining coin balance may be forfeited where permitted by law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earning amounts, or the conduct of other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Earn and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
